Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive e-mail management solution, which will grant you absolute command over your e-mail boxes and mailing lists. With this easy-to-use graphical user interface, you can create a brand new e-mailbox in an instant and manage its settings easily. Besides, you can redirect email messages from one email mailbox account to another, create mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and defend your mail accounts against junk email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your email box accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwelcome e-mails will find their way into your email mailbox. Your electronic mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a specific email account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are perfect for sorting your incoming email messages based on specific criteria set by you. Creating e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will take effect instantly. You can swiftly set up an email filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and choose the email filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming emails from one email box account to another, or even to several other e-mail accounts. Simply specify the mailbox account you wish to redirect e-mails from, then select the target e-mailbox and select if you would like to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily set up the e-mail client of your liking to access your e-mail accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the mail account you would like to set up on your computer or mobile phone and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mailbox will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager GUI, working with multiple email box accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager GUI will also enable you to easily create an auto-reply message - enter the message you would like people to see and our system will handle the rest. And if you want to set up a catch-all email mailbox - you can achieve that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
