Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive e-mail management tool, which will grant you total command over your mailboxes and newsletters. With this intuitive user interface, you can set up a new email mailbox in no time and manage its settings easily. In addition, you can forward emails from one mailbox to another, set up email filters, set up autoresponders and defend your mail accounts against junk messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your email mailbox accounts against junk mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unasked-for messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your emails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether a message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a certain e-mailbox.
Email Filters
Email filters are perfect for sorting your incoming messages on the basis of specific criteria set by you. Setting up mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will take effect immediately. You can swiftly set up an e-mail filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and choose the filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming messages from one email account to another, or even to several other mailbox accounts. Just choose the e-mailbox account you want to forward e-mails from, then select the target e-mail box and select if you would like to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily configure the mail client of your choice to access your email box accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox you want to set up on your personal computer or cellular phone and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new email box account will be configured in an instant.
More Features
With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple email boxes simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager GUI will also permit you to quickly set up an auto-reply message - enter the message you would like people to view and our system will do the rest. And if you wish to set up a catch-all e-mailbox - you can do that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
